Our experience proven by years is as follows. As soon as any member of the family feels the first signs of “itchy¨ throat, s/he immediately reaches for chlorella. Not that we wouldn't eat it on a normal day, but here we will do it in a slightly different way. We eat chlorella constantly throughout the day so that we let two or three pieces dissolve in our mouth (like lozenges), so that chlorophyll flows down the sore throat pretty slowly.
Chlorophyll is a very strong anti-inflammatory substance and chlorella contains a lot of it. By the evening, we will be able to eat 100 pieces of chlorella in this way :)
An increased dose of chlorella and chlorophyll constantly flowing down the throat will take care of the resolution of inflammation on the throat wall.
For this advice to really work, it is necessary to start sucking chlorella as soon as we feel an unpleasant itchy feeling in the throat.
If we waited another hour or half a day, the inflammation in the throat would be much stronger and we would not be able to stop it like this. For the next few days, it is important to continue eating an increased dose of chlorella and barley. In order for the body to "fight" with a virus or bacteria that tried to trigger inflammation in the throat.
Then you are sure that the virus is suppressed and you can enjoy your health :)
