GREEN WAYS

The carrot is a biennial plant that comes from South Asia. It arrived in Europe in the 12th century, but it was not until the 17th century that its orange variety became popular, as we know it today, which was bred in the Netherlands.

Green Ways carrots are grown in organic fields situated in Northern California. After the harvest, the roots are thoroughly cleaned and juiced using double-sided presses.

The pressed juice is then dried very gently at a low temperature of up to 31 degrees Celsius, which guarantees the preservation of the nutrients inside the product. The dried powder does not contain any rough insoluble fibre. The GW CARROT is a product of organic farming with organic certification.
